In 1949 graduates in "Painting" at the Academy of Fine Arts-Sofia in the class Prof. I. Petrov and D. Uzunov. At the beginning of the early sixties arranges his first private exhibitions-in Sofia and Bourgas. Since then, every year his pictures have shown at self-supported exhibit-shows in Sofia, Plovdiv, Bourgas, Russe, Gabrovo, Sliven, London, Moscow, Vienna, Dordtrecht, Budapest, Nicosia, Limmasol, Linz, Tunis.

Takes part in representative and group shows of Bulgarian artists abroad - China, India, Indonesia, Tunis, Morocco, Algeria, Poland, Rumania, Hungary, Yugoslavia; Moscow, Vienna, Paris, London, Bern, Zurich, Oslo, Copenhagen, Hague, Hamburg, Cologne, Rome, Madrid, Naples, Washington, Mexico, etc. One can find his works in the Hermitage, the Pushkin Museum, The Chicago Museum, at private collection, in London, Paris, Zurich, Hamburg, Cologne, Vienna, Tokyo, New York, Philadelphia, as well as in all galleries in Bulgaria.

For his works the author has received a number of prestigious awards both at home and abroad-the Painting Award "Vladimir Dimitrov - Maistora "; he is a Laureate of "Gotfrid von Herder" award of the Vienna University; he is a corresponding member and an Honorable Members of the Austrian Union of Artists "Kunstlrhaus" - Vienna; an Honorable Member of the Japanese Association of the Artists "Kika-Kai".
